제목 | Fabrication and characterization of polydimethylsiloxane-ceramic coating composites |
초록 | Ceramic coating composition coats the surface of the product with fine ceramics with strong corrosion resistance, heat resistance, and wear resistance. So, it can be used in various fields. Especially in home kitchen utensils, coating is mainly carried out on cooking containers to prevent metal corrosion and food from sticking during cooking,. But the current ceramic coating method has not good performance, when used with polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS) to add non-stick characteristics because the binding is not made. For this reason, this research fabricated the coating composition by synthesizing silica sol and binding PDMS using platinum catalyst. The long term non-stick property was confirmed by immersing in Xylene and good results were obtained through contact angle measurement. |
