Dielectric materials are widely required for applications such as memory and gate dielectrics for integrated circuits, miniature capacitors, and so on. Recently, flexible embedded-capacitors are important emerging elements that can provide significant improvement in the performance and functionality of plastic-based electronic devices. Especially, the polyimides were good candidate for dielectric materials because of their thermal and dielectric property. In this study, the dielectric properties of various polyimides were investigated using impedance analyzer at 10 kHz. The effects of molecular structure were studied using the 1,2-PDA(phenylenediamine), 1,3-PDA, 1,4-PDA, and the effects of functional group were studied using diaminobenzonitrile, diaminobenzoic acid, nitro-phenylenediamine. |
