High thermal stable polymer films are important in the field of denser and more powerful electronic devices, electric packaging, and semiconductor chips for heat dissipation. Among the organic polymers, aromatic polyimides (PIs) have been used widely in the electronic devices, semiconductor devices, and printed circuitry boards industries because of their high glass transition temperature, dimensional stability and heat resistance, as well as their excellent mechanical, adhesion and dielectric properties. The physical and chemical behaviors of polymers are an extremely important area of research in polymer science. Nowadays, the development of photochromic polymers has become an active area of research. In this presentation, I will explain some thermal stable polymers and their application for electronic devices concerning with photochemistry. |
