Effect of Donor Molecular Structure and Gate Dielectric on Charge-Transporting Characteristics for Isoindigo-Based Donor–Acceptor Conjugated Polymers |
초록 |
Conjugated polymers have been widely researched for the last two decades due to their controllable optical and electrical properties with excellent mechanical flexibility for various flexible and wearable opto-electric devices. In particular, the solution processability of the polymers, which is allowed by side-chain engineering, enables to fabricate those flexible devices through cost-effective graphic art printing processes. To achieve high-performance OFETs, it is essential to design and develop a new molecular structure for efficient charge carrier transport, optimize the crystallinity of semiconducting films, select favorable gate dielectrics, and minimize charge injection resistance. |
