제목 Effect of Donor Molecular Structure and Gate Dielectric on Charge-Transporting Characteristics for Isoindigo-Based Donor–Acceptor Conjugated Polymers
초록 Conjugated polymers have been widely researched for the last two decades due to their controllable optical and electrical properties with excellent mechanical flexibility for various flexible and wearable opto-electric devices. In particular, the solution processability of the polymers, which is allowed by side-chain engineering, enables to fabricate those flexible devices through cost-effective graphic art printing processes. To achieve high-performance OFETs, it is essential to design and develop a new molecular structure for efficient charge carrier transport, optimize the crystallinity of semiconducting films, select favorable gate dielectrics, and minimize charge injection resistance.
