제목 | Method for Forming High Heat Resistant Coating Film Using Liquid Ceramic Composition and High Heat Resistant Coating Film |
초록 | In order to improve corrosion resistance, heat resistance and abrasion resistance of metal, wood, fiber plastic, etc., a ceramic coating film is formed on the surface. Liquid ceramic coatings are manufactured by adding functional filler materials suitable for each purpose to a thermoplastic or thermosetting polymer resin that can be dissolved in a solvent in order to extend the function or life of the substrate material. Here, in order to solve the peeling or destruction of the coating film that occurs during high-temperature firing of liquid ceramic coatings, we introduce a nanocomposite ceramic coating agent for low-temperature firing that can be fired at low temperatures. This makes it possible to easily form flame-retardant/non-flammable coatings with high heat resistance on various substrates of a large area without high-temperature firing |
