제목 ELECTROCHEMICAL STUDY ON PVDF-HFP/PMMA-COATED POLYETHYLENE SEPARATORS FOR LITHIUM SECONDARY BATTERY
초록 Polymer-coated polyethylene (PE) separators for lithium battery application were prepared by dip-coating of poly(vinylidene-co-hexafluoropropylene) (PVDF-HFP) and poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) mixtures on a commercial PE separator with humidity control at 50% relative humidity. Morphological property of the fabricated membranes was analyzed by SEM. Also, we observed the electrochemical properties such as the ionic conductivity and battery performances of the prepared separator through AC impedance analyzer and battery performance test. Especially, the PVDF-HFP/PMMA (5/5)-coated PE separator showed the highest porosity (63%) and ionic conductivity (1.7 mS/cm).
