A new Polymeric Semiconductor materials of Organic Thin-Film Transistors |

Recently more and more research have been made in organic semiconductor materials. Because of the advantages such as low-cost large-area flexible and lightweight. We synthesis and characterized a new polymeric semiconductor materials of OTFT. We design the new structure for polymeric semiconductor with a high efficiency electron transport. The new polymeric semiconductor is design for obtain a perfect balance in electron and charge transport in order to improve the optical and electrochemical property. It also possessed appropriate HOMO and LUMO. Moreover the semiconductor would be beneficial for increasing the oxidative stability of polymer. We believe that this polymer which obtained a low HOMO level, a highly interdigitated structure and high molecular weight for the solution processable device can be a good candidate for OTFT. |
