Heparin-based biomolecular nanoparticles for targeted cancer therapy |
초록 |
In this study, we have attained dramatic in vitro tumor shrinkage and tumor vasculature disruption using a ternary biomolecular nanoparticle comprised of polymeric carrier polysaccharide heparin, anticancer drug retinoic acid and targeting ligand folic acid. The folic acid linked heparin-retinoic acid conjugates (HFR) have been successfully synthesized and characterized by FT-IR, 1H-NMR, DLS, and TEM measurements. The HFR conjugates could self-assemble in aqueous media to form nano-aggregates and their antitumoral effect were evaluated in vitro and in vivo. |
