Sustained Release Formulation of Aceclofenac as Polyoxalate Microspheres : Effect of Preparation Condition on Release Behavior |
초록 |
Aceclofenac(AF) inhibits the cyclooxygenase has anti-inflammatory activity by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis. AF has short biological half-life and dosing frequency of more than one per day. Therefore, the aim of this study is to control the release of ND through the microspheres. In this study, the microspheres were prepared using a POX. POX is biocompatible, biodegradable polymer and half-life is 7~10days. As an experimental model of drug delivery, microspheres were prepared using emulsion-solvent evaporation method (O/W) by using different preparation condition. The prepared microspheres is analyzed by SEM, FT-IR, XRD and DSC. In vitro release test of AF was experimented in PBS(7.4). These results showd that the release behaviors can be effectively controlled by the preparation conditions.
