제목 | Preparation Nanoparticles of Polythiophene and Polythiophene derivatives by Oxidation polymerization of thiophene emulsion in aqueous phase |
초록 | Polythiophene nanoparticles were directly prepared by Oxidation polymerization of thiophene emulsion in aqueous phase. Polymers were initiated by redox using the FeCl3 dissolved in DI water / cocatalyst mixture. At the optimized reaction condition, Monomer conversion was 99%. Moreover, controlling amount of cocatalyst resulted in completely many different luminescence property of polythiophene nanoparticles. Polythiophene nanoparticle sizes were determined by SEM were about 100nm. The optical property of polythiophene nanoparticles as conversion was measured by UV-Vis spectroscopy and Photoluminescence spectroscopy for the maximum absorption and emission. Photoemission wavelength of Polythiophene emulsion solution shifted from red region to blue region with increasing amount of H2O2 at 365nm exitation wavelength. In term of processability, thermoproperty thermogram of polythiophene emulsion was measured by DSC shown melting point at 148℃. Solubility of polythiophene prepared by oxidation polymerization was also better than polythiophene by solution polymerization for DMF, DMSO and Ethanol. As compared with polythiophene prepared by solution polymerization , polythiophene nanoparticles prepared by oxidation polymerization of thiophene emulsion in aqueous phase with oxidaizing agent had expected to apply polymeric methodology for optical and conductive polymer. |
