제목 Preparation and Characterization of Porous Carbon Nanofibers via Silica Template Method
초록 The high content of micropore structure is one of the problems to sink performance of electro-double layer capacitors. In order to increase meso- or macropores in porous carbon fibers, silane-treated silicas were used as a templte for suitable pores. The porous carbon fibers were manufactured by following three steps; electrospin of PAN/DMF solutions containing silane-treated silicas, carbonization, and HF treatment for silica removal. It was found that the silane-treated silicas activation enhanced the content of meso- or macropore volume of the CNFs and their capacitance.
