제목 FET-Type Bisphenol A Sensor Based on Aptamer-Functionalized Porous Carbon Nanofibers
초록 We fabricated aptamer-functionalized porous carbon nanofibers for use as a FET sensor to detect bisphenol A (BPA). Porous carbon nanofibers (PCNF) were fabricated by single-nozzle electrospinning two immiscible polymer solutions followed by thermal treatment in inert atmosphere. PCNF were oxidized with a HNO3/H2SO4 mixture to introduce carboxyl groups on the surface of fibers. By forming a covalent bond with amide, carboxylated PCNF (C_PCNF) were immobilized on an amine functionalized electrode substrate. And then, amine-functionalized BPA-binding aptamer was introduced to the C_PCNF. The A_C_PCNF-based FET sensors exhibited ultrahigh sensitivity and selectivity to BPA at an unprecedentedly low concentration (1 fM) and indicated a longer lifetime for the FET sensor proposed.
