제목 Simulation and Optimization of Integrated Gasification Fuel Cell Combined Cycle with Carbon Capture
초록 Integrated gasification fuel cell combine cycle plant (IGFC) is a promising technology for power generation because of its high generating efficiency and environmental advantage over conventional coal power plant. In this study, a steady-steate IGFC power plant model with pre-combustion CO2 capture is simulated. The proposed model is designed with over 90 % carbon capture and suitable composition of captured carbon. For the design of an IGFC, the optimal ratio of WGS inlet stream and the optimal operating condition of carbon capture process is determined. A physical solvent DEPG is used to remove acid gas like H2S and capture carbon dioxide. The key design value like ratio and operating condition are optimized considering the optimum values such as performance of model, net output electricity, total net efficiency and carbon capture percentage of carbon capture process. The result shows a number of design variables that has strong impact on performance of plant is optimized.
