제목 Dual protein patterning using pH-sensitive nonchemically amplified resist
초록 Recently, there is an increasing interest to fabricate multicomponent biomolecular patterning, which is desirable for building complex biosensors, studying multi-protein signal towards cell growth and fundamental biological studies. We synthesized a new pH-sensitive diazoketo-functionalized photoresist which has high photosensitivity and different solubility before and after UV light irradiation in a mild pH range. In addition to that, the byproduct released by photo-degradation is only molecular nitrogen and therefore it is completely non-toxic, which again is highly desirable for biomolecular patterning and also from an environmental point of view. For this novel photoresist, lithographic evaluation and dual protein patterning were carried out, which shows the potential of the photoresist for multicomponent biomolecular patterning. And then fluorescence images of dye-labeled protein patterns were observed by a confocal microscope. The detailed evaluation results will be described.
