제목 Electrical properties of carbon thin films prepared from poly(vinyl alcohol) by proton irradiation and carbonization
초록 Carbon thin films were prepared from poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) films by proton irradiation followed by carbonization in this study. PVA films spin-coated on a substrate were irradiated with proton ions at various fluences. The proton-irradiated PVA films were carbonized in a furnace at 1000 oC for 1 h under inert atmosphere. The electrical properties of the carbon thin films were investigated by using 4-point probe conductivity meter and infrared camera equipped with a source meter.
