Electrical properties of carbon thin films prepared from poly(vinyl alcohol) by proton irradiation and carbonization |
초록 |
Carbon thin films were prepared from poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) films by proton irradiation followed by carbonization in this study. PVA films spin-coated on a substrate were irradiated with proton ions at various fluences. The proton-irradiated PVA films were carbonized in a furnace at 1000 oC for 1 h under inert atmosphere. The electrical properties of the carbon thin films were investigated by using 4-point probe conductivity meter and infrared camera equipped with a source meter. |
