제목 Study on characteristics of phosphoric acid doped on silica fuel cell
초록 Electric characteristics of phosphoric acid fuel cell composed of silica substrate and Pt adsorbed on carbon nanotube electrode was observed at 100 ~ 200 ℃. Silica substrate was prepared by pressing of rice husk silica (RHS) with nano pore and sintering at 1200 ℃ and used as electrolyte and electrode support for fuel cell. Carbon nanotubes were synthesized by thermal decomposition of C2H2 on iron oxide catalyst at 700 ℃. Pt cluster adsorbed on carbon nanotubes were prepared by Pt reduction reaction of H2PtCl6. As operating temperature increased, the performance of CNT/Pt|H3PO4/RHS|Pt/CNT unit cell increased and OCV and maximun power density at 200 ℃ were 0.76 V and 0.88 mW/cm2. Apparent activation energy of CNT/Pt|H3PO4/RHS|Pt/CNT unit cell in the range 100 ~ 200 ℃ was 7.5 kJ/mol.
