Synthesis of Pt nanoparticles supported on Polyimide-based carbon nanofiber mat via carbonization |
초록 |
Pt nanoparticles supported on carbon nanofiber mat were synthesized under the carbonization of KOH-treated polyimide nanofiber mat up to 900 oC. The functionalized layers exhibited a good co-ordination with Pt ion, thus Pt nanoparticles obtained were of high density and narrow distribution of 3-5 nm. We found that the particle size increased at low heating rate, but they formed rapidly and maintained their size at high heating rate. Pt nanoparticles were individually a single-crystal which was characterized by high-resolution TEM. Moreover, CO2 treatment showed ability of amorphous carbon removal out of Pt surface which promised favorable catalytic properties for fuel cell application. |
