제목 Synthesis of Pt/C nanoparticles using CMS and its application to PEMFC under low-humidifying condition
초록 Water management is of great importance to maintain performance and durability of proton exchange membrane fuel cells. High water content would deteriorate a cell performance by filling up pores of catalyst layer and diffusion layer. In this study, silica/Nafion composite membrane with various silica contents from 0% to 6% was cast. In addition, carbon molecular sieve(CMS) was first synthesized using Zeolite Y as a template and PDDA was functionalized on the surface of CMS. Two different types of electro catalysts such as Pt-CMS and Pt-PDDA-CMS were prepared. The various MEAs were fabricated using where Pt of 0.3mg/cm2 and 0.2mg/cm2 was loaded for cathode and anode, respectively. The cell performance was conducted under low humidifying condition.
