제목 Optimization of extraction conditions for improving isoflavonoids content in kudzu by response surface methodology
초록 Kudzu is a rich source of isoflavonoids, and puerarin is the most abundant component. In this study, the ultrasonic-assisted extraction for improving isoflavonoids content was optimised by using response surface methodology(RSM). The extraction time, ethanol concentration and power were extraction parameters. The effect of extraction time (10-30 min), ethanol concentration (20-80 vol.%) and extraction power (400-700 W) on extraction yield and isoflavonoid contents was investigated using RSM. Numerical optimization determined the optimum extraction conditions based on the highest extraction yield and isoflavonoids content.
