| 초록 | Surface passivation of colloidal quantum dots is very important to enhance the photovoltaic efficiency. We have suggested air-annealing process for the fabrication of high performance PbS-colloidal quantum dot solar cells. We examined the mechanism of Voc, Jsc, FF enhancement briefly using x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and transient photo-voltage (TPV). |
