Ultra-high sensitive, broad dynamic range detection using Multi-QDs and Magnetic Bead |
초록 |
This paper presents the application of quantum dots adopted silica bead nanocomposites for quantitatively improving high sensitive virus detecting system in a bead system. Quantum dots adopted silica bead (QD2) were applicated for optimizing fluorescence properties for sensitive detection. And superpara magnetic bead (M-bead) used for base of this system. Firstly, it was quantitatively observed through the conjugation onto streptavidin by QD2-biotin and M-bead-biotin, due to the streptavidin stile possess its bio-recognition specific and powerful coherence between biotin and streptavidin. Out of reference, following the after-work tried by influenza A virus and hemagglutinin, it was sensitively and quantitatively observed. QD2 and its modification with other receptors systems has a high possibility for application at bio-chemical field. |
