제목 Sintering Additives Effect on the Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Porous GPSed-RBSN bodies.
초록 Using poly methyl methacrylate (PMMA) powder with particle size of about 20m in diameter as a pore forming-agent, porous reaction-bonded silicon nitride (RBSN) bodies containing two types of sintering additives such as 6Y2A (6wt. % Y2O3 - 2wt.% Al2O3) and 6Y2M (6 wt.% Y2O3 – 2 wt.% MgO) were fabricated. The microstructures and mechanical properties of porous GPSed-RBSN bodies were investigated depending on the different temperature. The morphology of elongated β-Si3N4 grains in the GPSed-RBSN bodies was analyzed with the different experimental conditions.
