제목 Effect of SIS/Silk Composite Film for Corneal Endothelial Cells Regeneration: In Vitro Study
초록 Silk has been studied as the scaffold for tissue engineering due to their excellent biodegradability and biocompatibility. In addition, SF film has high transparency and less immune response in vivo. However, SF film shows hydrophilicity of surface. In order to overcome it, this study used SIS. SIS is collagen-based ECM and provides environment for cells. So SIS was incorporated into the silk to improve interaction of cell-supportor. We hypothesized that SIS/Silk composite may provide a proper environment to CEnCs. We fabricated water delivered SIS/SF film. Physical properties and biological properties were carried out. These results show that SIS has positivity effected on attachment, proliferation and marker expression of CEnCs. We demonstrated SIS/Silk composite may offer a good environment and optimistic for regeneration of corneal endothelial cells and has possibility for application.
