| 초록 |
Estimation of Pb2+ binding sites concentration of Rhodotorula glutinis and equilibrium constants were achieved from titration data using linear programming analysis. Using the linear programming method, the site concentrations are adjusted to fit the plot of charge excess against pH for a number of discrete pKa values. This method eliminates the local minimum problem and limitation of bining site number encountered by the FITEQL. |
