제목 Highly flexible, low resistance and highly transparentIZO-Ag-IZO multilayer electrode grown by continuous Roll-to-Roll sputtering system for flexible organic solar cells
초록 The preparation and characteristics of flexible indium zinc oxide (IZO)-Ag-IZO multilayer electrode grown on flexible polyethylene terephthalate (PET) substrates using a specially designed roll-to-roll (R2R) sputtering system for use in flexible organic solar cells are described. Due to the surface plasmon resonance (SPR) effect and ductility of the Ag layer, the R2R sputter grown IZO-Ag-IZO electrode exhibited a low sheet resistance of 6.15 Ohm/square and high optical transmittance of 87.4 % as well as superior flexibility even though it was prepared at room temperature. Moreover, the flexible organic solar cell fabricated on the flexible IZO-Ag-IZO electrode exhibits high power conversion efficiency (3.51 %) due to its high optical transmittance in the range of 400-600 nm corresponding to the absorption wavelength range of the P3HT:PCBM active layer. This indicates that the flexible IZO-Ag-IZO electrode is a promising transparent electrode scheme for flexible organic solar cells
