제목 Improvement of Dual-Emitting Room Temperature Phosphorescent Organic Light-Emitting Diode with Thermally Activated Delayed Fluorescence Sensitization
초록 Organic light-emittingdiodes (OLEDs) with Dual emitting room temperature phosphorescent (RTPH) wasimproved by employing exciton harvesting with a thermally activated delayedfluorescence (TADF) sensitization. The RTPH material,(10-phenyl-10H-phenoselenazine-3,7-diyl)bis(phenylmethanone)(PSeBBz), emits TADFat 505 nm and phosphorescence at 563 nm. Due to Förster energy transfer andtriplet exciton quenching reduction by sensitization, the luminance and maximumexternal quantum efficiency of device was enhanced about4.0 and 1.7 timesrespectively. Additionally, reduction of triplet exciton loss and quenching bysensitization was estimated from transient photoluminescence, and transientelectroluminescence measurement.​​
