제목 How do these three categories; Engineering Philosophy, Engineering Ethics and 6-Philosophic Criteria for Decision-making exert a beneficial influence to Human Errors in the Chemical Engineering and Chemical Plants?  
초록 The purpose of this research is to minimize Human Errors coming from the poor management that the subjected three philosophic categories are lacked in the Chemical Engineering and Chemical Plants. These days we have been continuously facing with various kinds of incidents by human errors they are calling regardless their plants are huge or small in capacity. Should they neglect to find out root/contributing causes of their human errors, it is as clear as the light they will call without a break serious incidents that become gradually critical as H.W. Heinrich’s Law. So, we are necessary to study and review the relationship between the subjected three categories and human errors in order to minimize human errors to be called serious incidents in the circumstances of Chemical Engineering and Chemical Plants. Accordingly, to prevent and minimize those serious incidents to be faced by human errors, this paper analyzes human errors and show solutions minimizing human errors through the subjected three philosophic categories.
