A Release Study Of Sarpogrelate Tablets. |

Sarpogrelate is used alone or with other medicines to treat Chronic arterial occlusion. Improvement of ischemic symptoms such as ulceration, pain and coldness caused by chronic arterial occlusion (Burger's disease, occlusive atherosclerosis, diabetic peripheral vascular disease, etc.) SEM was used to observe the dissolution behavior of Sarpogrelate tablet. Crystallinity of Sarpogrelate, additives and Sarpogrelate tablet was analyzed by using DSC. XRD was used to analyze the change of crystalline state between Sarpogrelate, additives and valsartan tablet. The in vitro test was carried out to confirm whether Sarpogrelate tablet is soluble in intestinal juice. The in vitro test found sustain-release of Sarpogrelate tablet. |
