제목 Nanomaterials for chondrogenesis
초록 Specific Plasmid DNA (pDNA) and plays dominant actions for stem cell differentiation and interference RNA (RNAi) inhibits the stem cell differentiation when they are used in stem cell therapies. In this study, we fabricated pDNAs and short hairpin RNAs (shRNAs) of ATF4 to induce osteogenesis, chondrogenesis, and adipogenesis of human mesenchymal stem cells (hMSCs). In stem cell differentiation, pDNAs of RUNX2, SOX9, and C/EBP-harboring these pDNA of ATF4 gene or shRNA of ATF4 were complexed with nanoparticles composed of dexamethasone conjugated with branched polyethyleneimine (DcPs) or nanoparticles composed of dexamethasone conjugated with tetramethlyrhodamine-labeled branched polyethyleneimine (DcTPs).
