제목 Synthesis of Mg-doped ZnO Nanorods by Hydrothermal Method for Perovskite Solar Cells
초록 Zinc oxide is a typical n-type transparent oxide semiconductor with a direct wide bandgap of 3.37 eV and high exciton binding energy (60 meV) at room temperature. It is found that serious charge recombination can occur at the ZnO nanostructure perovskite interface, limiting the cell performance. Thus, a suitable and simple way is needed to effectively modify the ZnO absorber hetero-interface and suppress charge recombination in order to further improvement in ZnO based perovskite solar cells. Mg is an appealing doping, because the ionic radius of Mg2+ (0.057 nm) is close with Zn2+ (0.06 nm) which means the replacement of Zn by Mg will not induce significant lattice mismatch, and the band gap of Mg:ZnO can be modulated in a wide range. In this work Mg doped ZnO (Mg:ZnO) nanorods have been successfully fabricated on to FTO substrate via hydrothermal method for perovskite solar cells.
