제목 Synthesis of nanoporous BiVO4 thin film photoanodes using ultrasonic spray technique for efficient water splitting under visible light irradiation
초록 Oxide perovskites for solar energy into fuels and chemicals conversion via the facile and large –scale deposition technique is a key challenge for the commercialization. Herein, we demonstrate a new ultrasonic spray technique a lab-scale and facile deposition technique for pristine and doped nanoporous BiVO4 thin film photoanodes directly on FTO coated glass substrate for water splitting under visible irradiation. The successful Mo doping in BiVO4 lattice was confirmed by various characterization techniques such as XRD, Raman, EDS and XPS. The Mo:BiVO4 photoelectrode shows excellent performance as compared to pristine BiVO4 sample.
