제목 | Electrical and optical properties of Sb-doped SnO2(ATO) nanowires fabricated using electrospinning |
초록 | Transparent conducting oxides (TCOs) have uesd in flat panel displays, solar cells, low emissive windows, and organic optoelectronic devices [1,2]. Synthetic methods for fabricating TCOs are divided into vacuum based and non-vacuum based techniques. Vacuum based techniques such as sputtering, e-beam ecaporation, and chemical vapor deposition (CVD) have mainly adopted for productor in industry. These techniques have the advantages of high electrical properties compared to non-vacuum based techniques and have the disadvantage of too expensive fabrication cost. In contrast, non-vacuum based techniques such as spin-coating, electrospinning, and air-spray method are relatively cheap cost compared to vacuum based techniques. Herein, non-vacuum based techniques have recently received considerable attention in academia as well as industry. However, until now, TCO properties fabricated by non-vacuum based techniques exhibit lower performance than vaccum based techniques. To solve these problems, we fabricated Sb-doped SnO2 (ATO) nanowires using electrospinning. The resultant ATO films were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), atomic force microscope (AFM) to invetigate their mophological, structural, and chemical characteristics. To invetigate electrical and optical properties of ATO films, Hall effect measurement system and UV-vis spectrophotometry were performed. These results will be discussed in the conference in detail.
