| 제목 | Electrochemical deposition and characterization of p-type SbxTey and Bi2-xSbxTe3 thermoelectric thin film |
| 초록 | p-type SbxTey and Bi2-xSbxTe3 thermoelectric films were deposited on Au/Ni-coated Si wafer substrates by an electrochemical method. Stoichiometric SbxTey and Bi2-xSbxTe3 thin films were obtained by controlling composition of electrolytes and applied potential. The morphology, composition, and crystal structure were studied by SEM, EDX, and XRD, respectively. Further, influence of the annealing process on the thermoelectric properties of electrodeposits was investigated. |
