The influence of surfactant of CTAB (cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide) on the electrical and structural properties of electrodeposited SbxTey thin films was investigated in this research. Adding CTAB improved the surface morphology and degraded the crystal structure possibly due to its incorporation in the films. The morphology, composition, and crystal structure were studied by SEM, EDX, and XRD, respectively. Further, the influence of the annealing process on the thermoelectric properties of electrodeposits was investigated. |
