제목 Effect of Additives on the Photovoltaic Performance of Bulk Heterojunction Polymer Solar Cells of P3HT:PCBM
초록 The light harvesting, organic-inorganic lead-based material was incorporated in the active layer of bulk heterojunction polymer solar cells of P3HT:PCBM to improve its photovoltaic performance. Methyl ammonium lead halide as promising light-absorbers was prepared by solution process of CH3NH3I and PbI2 in dimethyl formamide. Then CH3NH3PbI3 precursor was blended with P3HT:PCBM mixed solution and spin-coated on the hole-transporting layer. The effect of the insertion of methyl ammonium lead halide in the active layer on the performance of the polymer solar cells was carefully investigated. The optical properties and morphology of the bulk heterojunction polymer solar cells were characterized by UV-vis spectroscopy, atomic force microscopy, scanning and transmission electron microscopy.
