제목 Multifunctional hydrogels from non-animal fungal mushroom derived carboxymethyl chitosan hydrogels via mussel-inspired chemistry for wound dressing applications
초록 Hydrogels are various bio medical applications. Such as drug delivery, tissue engineering, wound healing. Inspired by the mussel chemistry, non-animal fungal mushroom carboxymethyl chitosan (FCMCS) is a most important biopolymer for wound dressing applications. Here we developed mussel inspired, tissue adhesive, hemostasis, and self-healing and antibacterial property of non-animal fungal mushroom carboxymethyl chitosan-polydopamine-polyacrylamide (FCMCS-PDA-PAM) hydrogels for wound dressing applications. The hydrogel is obtained through dynamic Schiff base cross linking and hydrogen bonds between FCMCS-PDA and covalently cross-linked polyacrylamide (PAM) chains. The PDA-FCMCS-PAM hydrogels have good swelling ratio and biodegradable properties, good adhesion behavior on various substrates (leaf, computer screen, and skin), excellent mechanical property and highly interconnected porous structure with PDA microfibrils, good cell affinity, hemostatic and antibacterial property.
