The synergisitic effect of siloxane and fluorine substitution on polymer solar cells |
초록 |
The siloxane-hybrid side chain gas been considered as one of popular alkyl chains for semi-conducting materials; shows Si-O bond length shorter than C-C bond one with larger bond angle of Si-O-Si. Effectiveness of siloxane-terminated side chain were solubility and closer stacking of backbone. So we expected high carrier mobility from well-fine nano-scale thin film morphology and developed favorable molecular packing. Furthermore, incorporation of fluorine or oxygen atoms in conjugated backbone have been resulted in desired charge transport property. We investigated the synergistic effect of siloxane terminated side chain and fluorine substitution of systematic to PSC application. |
