제목 Synthesis and Thin Film Properties of a High-k Cyano Group Containing and Crosslinked Polyimide Gate Insulator for Thin Film Transistor
초록 Firstly, the hydroxyl group containing polyimide (6FDA-HAB) polymer was synthesized through a simple one step condensation polymerization using the monomers, 2,2-bis(3,4-dicarboxypheyl)hexafluoropropane dianhydride (6FDA) and 3,3’-diamino-4,4’-dihydroxylbiphenyl (HAB). And then, the hydroxyl groups of polymide (6FDA-HAB) were further reacted with 2-bromoacetonitile using N,N’-dimethylformamide (DMF) as solvent and potassium carbonate as base. Finally, the synthesized novel cyano group containing polyimide (6FDA-HAB-CN) was crosslinked with a dipentaerythritol hexa-acrylate (DPEHA) as semi-IPN photo-crosslinking agent. Thin film properties of a novel cyano group containing crosslinked polyimide were systematically characterized such as chemical structures, surface roughness, surface energy, thermal stability, and capacitance, etc. Detailed synthetic routes of cyano group containing polyimide and conditions of crosslinking process will be presented.
