제목 | Thermoelectric Properties by Thickness-Dependent of Conductive Polymer Thin Films |
초록 | We have investigated the change in the thermoelectric characterization of Conductive Polymer (CP) thin films. This thin films prepared by spin-coating method among rpm. Conductive Polymer is considered as one of the most promising candidates for thermal to electric energy conversion device due to its relatively facile process, good electrical conductivity, and environment stability. Furthermore, Conductive Polymers shows enhanced electrical conductivity when added with a polar solvent which has high boiling point. Electrical conductivity is attributed to the enhanced carrier mobility in the ordered chain structures. Seebeck coefficient is influenced by energy derivative of electronic energy density. This approach can be applied for highly conductivity and seebeck at room temperature among film’s thickness. The CP thin films were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), tapping-mode atomic force microscopy (TM-AFM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). This study suggests that effective way for improving the thermoelectric properties of conductive polymers films among thickness. |
