제목 Investigation of Interfacial Property and Dispersion Condition of  Carbon fiber Reinforced Nano-SiC/Epoxy Composites
초록 Carbon fiber reinforced SiC/epoxy composites were manufactured for high stiffness fishing rod. SiC nanoparticles had good interfacial adhesion with epoxy resin due to hydrophilic compatibility. In this study, dispersion property of SiC nanoparticles was evaluated using capacitance measurement. FE-SEM photos of fracture surface and mechanical properties of CF-SiC/epoxy composite were observed to evaluate the dispersion condition of SiC nanoparticles in matrix. Interfacial properties of CF-SiC/epoxy composites were evaluated by contact angle measurements. Empirical formula for dispersion condition and tensile strength of CF-SiC/epoxy composites were calculated from capacitance dispersion method.
