제목 Synthesis of Silver Nanoparticles-embedded Silica-coated Graphene Oxide and Application for Glucose Detection
초록 In this work, we synthesized silver nanoparticles-embedded silica-coated graphene oxide (GO@SiO2@Ag NPs). And 4-mercaptophenyl boronic acid (4-MPBA) was added to this NPs (GO@SiO2@Ag NPs@MPBA) for application of glucose detection. Surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) was used to detect glucose. Silica coating of GO has some advantages of higher SERS intensity and lower background signals than non-silica-coated GO. Also, SERS intensity was observed at 1 mM 4-MPBA. And SERS peak was highest at pH 3. Glucose was also detected with this NPs. And the linear range was calculated from 2 to 20 mM glucose. This paper shows possibility of application for SERS-based biosensor.
