제목 Synthesis and application of hybrid organic inorganic nanocomposite material for clearcoating material
초록 Polymer-silica hybrid nanocomposite materials received wide attention of researches for their attractive properties to be potentially applied in protective coatings, high refractive index films, optical waveguide materials and flame retardants. We have synthesized new nano silica based polymer material using nano silica ball, γ-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxy silane (γ-MPS) and methyl methacrylate (MMA). Aim of the present work is to prepare polymer material to use as clear coating materials for car. The polymeric materials were well characterized by SEM, FTIR, gloss effect, gloss retention (%), scratch resistance test, XRD, TGA, etc.
