Halide perovskite materials have been received attention from many researchers, especially in the field of solar cell, over the past five years because of their excellent optical, electrical properties, easy film production, and low cost. According to the NREL chart, the best perovskite-based solar cell records 23.7% of the power conversion efficiency (PCE) comparable to silicon solar cell. Recently, halide perovskites have also been applied to LEDs (or phosphors). In this presentation, we will introduce the solar cell and the phosphor studies using halide perovskite materials, and demonstrate the potential of perovskite in other applications. |
