제목 Effect of Fluoride Ion on the Preparation of Highly Concentrated Ag colloid
초록 Silver nanoparticles are wildly used in many industries because of their lots of properties. When considering the economic aspect, enhancement of the conversion ratio of Ag+ to Ag0 is an important issue. In this study, highly concentrated silver nanoparticles stabilized by poly (vinylpyrrolidone) (PVP) were synthesized in alcohol reduction process. AgNO3 which is commonly used salt was hardly reduced to silver nanoparticle  in the alcohol reduction process. However, fluoride containing silver salt like AgF, AgBF4, and AgPF6 showed a good reducible property. By using this idea, it was possible to increase the Ag0/Ag+ ratio in the silver colloid prepared by AgNO3, by adding F- ion. The effect of F- and its role were discussed by UV-vis spectrum, TEM images, ISE data, and so on.
