Water proofing ability of Ni-Cr thin film on PET fiber for wearable device |
| 초록 |
Smart textile has been widely researched these days due to its wide range of applications. They are mostly used as wearable devices due to their excellent flexibility. Meanwhile, various sensors became essential part of wearable devices. Our research group fabricated temperature sensor which was made on PET fiber. Ni-Cr thin film was deposited by RF magnetron co-sputtering without specific pattern which acted as an electrode. We performed several water endurance experiment. As a result, the water proofing ability was excellent. |
