Fabrication of efficient hierarchical ZnIn2S4-rGO-SnS2 heterojunction for enhancing photocatalytic hydrogen evolution combined tetracycline degradation under visible light illumination |
초록 |
Photocatalytic Hydrogen (H2) generation and the degradation of tetracycline have drawn much attention on H2 as clean energy and tetracycline as an organic pollutant to the environment with high efficiency. The ternary ZnIn2S4-rGO-SnS2 heterojunction photocatalyst demonstrated an efficient H2 generation under visible light illumination coupled with simultaneous 94% tetracycline degradation. The photocatalyst exhibited an excellent photocatalytic efficiency for generation H2 and tetracycline degradation compare to ZnIn2S4 and SnS2 and their binary photocatalyst. Moreover, it reveals an excellent reusability and stability after 5 consecutive cycle test for both H2 generation and photodegradation. The improved photocatalytic efficiency was due to the hexagonal and layer structured material and synergetic of the ternary photocatalyst which also enhanced the separation of charge carrier. |
