제목 Modification of SERS probe with Silver Nanoparticle-Embedded Silica-coated Graphene Oxide
초록 Silver nanoparticle-embedded thin silica-coated graphene oxide (GO@SiO2@Ag NPs) was successful synthesized by coating GO with thin silica layer, following by depositing silver nanoparticles on the surface of GO@SiO2. The graphene oxide (GO) was coated by the physical method of sodium silicate, followed by adding 3-mercaptopropyl trimethoxysilane (3-MPTS). Then, silver nanoparticles were added to the surface of silica-coated graphene oxide by the reduction of Ag+. The GO@SiO2@Ag NPs have 1.8-fold higher SERS intensity than that of GO. The detection limit of 4-mercaptobenzoic acid (4-MBA) is 0.74 µM.
