제목 | Effect of different drying time on the properties of CZTS thin films by sulfurization of sol-gel and spin coated precursor |
초록 | Abstract In this study, we investigated the effect of different drying time on the properties of Cu2ZnSnS4 (CZTS) thin films by sulfurization of sol-gel and spin coated precursor. The precursors were dried at 2500C for different time (from 3 to 60 min) and followed by soft annealed at 3000C for 60min and then sulfurized at 5500C for 30 min. The structural, morphological, and optical properties of CZTS thin films with different drying time were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Raman spectroscopy, Field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), and UV-Vis spectroscopy, respectively. XRD and Raman results showed that, presence of kesterite phase for all the CZTS thin films along with some secondary phases. FE-SEM study revealed that, CZTS thin films were uniform in nature for all soft-annealing time. The optical band gap of these films is 1.40 eV and the optical absorption coefficient is > 10 cm-1. |
