Study on the Growth of 3-D Organic Molecular Networks by Solution Based Deposition of Bi- and Tetra-functional Monomer Pairs on the Porous Support |

We prepared the 3-dimensionally cross-linked organic molecular network films via solution-based molecular-layer-deposition on amine functionalized anodic aluminum oxide surface with alternating depositions of tetrakis(4-isocyanatophenyl)methane and trans-1,4-cyclohexanediamine. We optimized deposition numbers for high flux and performance of the membrane We studied the morphology of the film using scanning electron microscopy (SEM). We use dead-end liquid filtration cell and gas permeation test cell to test performance of membrane. |
