Effect of Arylamine Structure on Hole Mobility of Spirofluorene Derivatives |

One of the challenging tasks in fabricating organic-inorganic hybrid photo voltaic materials is to develop highly sensitive and selective hole transporting materials. The novel spirofluorene derivatives containing various arylamine structure have been designed and synthesized as a hole transport materials that possess matched energy level with quantum dot and gold electrode. The photo voltaic materials were synthesized via Fridel-Craft alkylation and Grignard reagent formation. In our research, we synthesized a new spriofluorene molecule with aryamine structure to be able to enhance hole mobility owing to their conjugation length. We can observe the new spirofluorene with arylamine structure has a good mobility of 1x10-3~10-4 (Cm2/Vs) compare to simple spriofluorene compound. In this study, they have been characterized with 1H-NMR, UV-vis spectra, Photoluminescence(PL) spectra and cyclic voltammetry. |
